Financial Aid Awareness 

Grants: Money that undergraduate/graduate students receive as aid towards their tuition. This aid is given by the government and does not need to pe repaid

Scholarships: Aid given to students to pursue their studies and it is based on merit, need, etc.

Federal Work-Study: Provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses.

Student Loans: A type of loan that is designed to help students pay for post-secondary education.

College System Awareness 

University of CaliforniaThe University of California is a public university system in the U.S. state of California. 

California State UniversityThe California State University (Cal State or CSU) is a public university system in California. 

Private Universities: Independent Institutions that set their own policies and goals, and is privately funded.

California Community Colleges: Junior college offering courses to people living in a particular area.

CET (Center for Employment Training): Educational programs that specialize in the skilled trades, applied sciences, modern technologies, and career preparation.
